Delete your account

You can delete your OYAJITCG account and all the data linked to it at any time. It is free and takes a minute.

In the app

1. Open OYAJITCG and sign in.
2. Go to Profile > Account > Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account, collection, wishlist, decks, spend log, value history and reminders are deleted.

Want to keep a copy first? Use Profile > Account > Export my data before you delete.

By email

If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm by email and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner.

What happens next

• Your data is removed from our database within 30 days. Backups are overwritten on a rolling cycle of up to 30 days.
• If you used Sign in with Apple, we also revoke the Apple token.
• Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google. Cancel it in your store account settings.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
